Do you only repair Mercedes vehicles?

No any make or model is welcome including van.

What vehicles do you repair?

I wil carry out repairs to any vehicle or van upto 3.5 ton.

My vehicle still has dealer warranty can you still service it?

Yes that is not a problem as long as genuine parts are used and we stick to the dealer service sheet.

What happens regarding service history?

After completion of any work a full invoice will be supplied issuing any work carried out or reported, and I will stamp the service booklet after servicing the vehicle.

Where abouts can you carry out repairs to my car?

Repairs can be carried out anywhere which is safe and not obstructing any people or other vehicles.

I use my car to work will this be a problem?

No this should not be a problem, I can carry out the work at your home or work.

Do you charge V.A.T?

No due to not being V.A.T registered I will not charge V.A.T so this makes your bill cheaper overall.

Can you M.O.T my vehicle?

Allthough I personally am a vosa approved Mot tester, an M.O.T has to be undretaken at approved centres. I can arrange to take your vehicle for an M.O.T

Can I supply my own parts?

Yes that's not a problem although my warranty will only cover labour and not parts.

Do you accept Card payments?

At present no, but it is something we are looking into For the future.

What payment methods do you take?

I take cash, cheque, Bank transfer, and Visa Debit cards.
